Daisy Trailhead

This trail is welcoming to both hiker and biker and is accessible from a pull off (opposite side of the road) located a few hundred yards south of the bridge that crosses over the Firehole River. The trail is well marked with a sign pointing the direction across the road. Like the Artemisia trail, the Daisy trail is mostly a connection between the two geyser basins but does not feature any geothermal sites along the way.

Something that may be of interest is instead of crossing the road to Daisy Trail, take the dirt path from the pull off and walk until you soon cross a wooden walking bridge over the Little Firehole River. At various times of the year you can see groupings of trout nestled under the bridge – a favorite for children. If you continue this trail it will junction with the Mystic Falls trail.
